AI-generated ad creative

One video is a guess. Forty is a test.

Performance creative is a search problem. We give you enough distinct openings to actually search — same offer, forty hooks, delivered ready to test and labelled for every platform's disclosure rules.

Why volume

Creative is the variable you cannot afford to test slowly

Every major platform now decides within days whether a creative gets distribution. That decision is made on the first two seconds. If you ship one video a week, you are running one experiment a week against a system that could have told you the answer on Tuesday.

Volume is not a vanity metric here. It is the only way to find the opening that works before the budget is gone — and the only way to know whether the offer was wrong or just the opening.

You buy test volume, not videos

Pricing is per batch of variants, never per clip. One brief, one product, dozens of genuinely distinct openings: different hooks, angles, presenters, pacing, and framing.

A batch is designed as an experiment, not as a delivery. Variants differ on one axis at a time so the result tells you something.

Days, not weeks

No casting, no shoot day, no reshoot when the hook misses. A losing variant costs a render, not a production.

Approved hook list on day one, delivery inside 72 hours on Scale. The bottleneck is your approval, not our capacity.

Labelled before it reaches your account

Every file ships with the AI disclosure its destination platform requires, plus embedded C2PA provenance.

TikTok, Meta and Google each have their own rule and none of them match. Unlabelled synthetic creative is the fastest way to lose reach — or an account.

The winners are yours

Full commercial rights transfer on delivery. Perpetual, worldwide, every channel.

Re-cut them, re-caption them, hand them to another agency. No per-use fee, no expiry, no licence to renew.

Forty openings for one product page

A single hero video had been running for six weeks. Cost per acquisition had drifted up by half and nobody could say whether the offer or the opening had worn out.

A paddock spot without a paddock

A sponsor activation needed race-weekend footage. The race weekend was three months away and the budget did not cover a crew.

Process

Four steps, then it repeats

  1. 01

    Brief

One call or one form. Product, audience, the claims you can legally make, the angles you have already burned.

Output: a written brief you approve.

  2. 02

    Hook list

You get the written openings before anything is rendered. Cut what you don't want — that is where you steer the batch.

Output: numbered hook list, yours to edit.

  3. 03

    Batch

Approved hooks are produced, captioned, labelled and named, and land in your folder as one delivery.

Output: MP4s, clean versions, SRTs, a naming key.

  4. 04

    Report back

You send which variants won. The next batch is built on them instead of starting over.

Output: the next batch is a continuation, not a restart.

Questions

Answered before you ask

What do I actually receive?

One folder per batch: every variant as a captioned MP4, a clean version of each without burned-in text, an SRT per file, and a naming key that maps file names to hook numbers so your reporting lines up.

Who owns the output?

You do, on delivery. Perpetual, worldwide, every channel, including versions you re-cut yourself. We keep no licence and charge no per-use fee.

Is AI-generated advertising allowed?

Yes, with disclosure — and the rules differ per platform. TikTok requires labelling and runs automated C2PA detection, Meta and Google have their own separate requirements. We label per destination at delivery so the question never lands on your media buyer.

What if the batch does not perform?

Then the batch has told you something, which is what it is for. Report back which openings failed and the next batch is built away from them. A batch that produces no winner and no information would be our failure, not yours.

Can you work with our existing footage?

Yes. Product footage, brand assets and your own audio can all be carried through a batch, with generation used only for the parts that would otherwise need a shoot.

How fast can you start?

The hook list usually comes back within a day of the brief. Production starts the moment you approve it.

Send the product, get the hook list

You'll get a written hook list back before anyone talks about money.
